Our desire is to get the best experience. To achieve this, we have developed the following rules and recommendations, which we kindly ask you to comply with during your stay with us.

Each newly arrived guest is required to present an identity document in order to be registered. Payment for the room is made at the time of check-in.
Check-in at the hotel is after 14:00. Except when the room is free and ready before the specified time.
The room is vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure, after which an additional fee is payable at the reception. Any application for late release shall be made and, if confirmed, paid in advance one day before the date of departure.
The guests of the hotel are responsible for all damages caused to the furniture and inventory of the hotel, as well as the lack of parts of it. Damages are paid at the reception.
The hotel is not responsible for accidents with children that occur within the hotel. The responsibility for child supervision is assumed entirely by the parents (companions) for the entire stay.
The hotel is not responsible for the recovery of items forgotten or left unattended by guests.
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms, the interior of the hotel and the restaurant, but only in designated areas.
Guests are obliged to behave in such a way as not to disturb other guests or to damage the prestige and reputation of the hotel.
Customers must comply with generally accepted standards of hygiene and order in the hotel.
The food of the tourists is fixed at announced hours.
Hotel guests must remain silent during the break from 14:00 until 16:00 and after 23:00.
It is not allowed to move furniture and property in the rooms and premises of the hotel (without coordination with the hotel manager). It is forbidden to take out any kind of property (towels, towels, inventory, utensils, etc.) during the stay of the guests.

Keep valuables and money in the safe, otherwise the hotel is not responsible for them.
Access to the rooms by people who are not guests of the hotel is prohibited without permission from the hotel administration and an identity document. Your friends can freely visit the lobby of the hotel and restaurant, as well as use the additional services, swimming pools and sunbeds of the hotel if possible and FOR A PAY.
When you leave the room, close the windows and doors of the terrace, lock the front door.
Upon leaving the hotel, guests are required to personally leave the keys at the reception and officially declare that they are leaving. Awaiting inspection of the room. In case of ascertained absence, it is paid according to the announced price list.
Consumption of food and beverages in glass bottles or glasses in the immediate vicinity of the pool is not allowed for safety and to avoid water pollution.
Swimming with clothes in the pool is not allowed.
Playing with large and hard objects in the pool is not allowed.
Bathing and swimming in the pool of children without parental supervision is not allowed.
Swimming in the pool after 18:00 is not allowed.
Guests are not allowed to bring in food and drinks from the rooms or from shops.
It is not allowed to park cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel, as well as in a way that blocks traffic.
Items forgotten by the guests are kept for up to 30 days, and the courier costs for their return are at the expense of their owners.
In case of gross violations of the internal order of the hotel, violation of laws and legal order in the country, damaging the reputation and prestige of the hotel, the manager has the right to terminate the stay of hotel guests without compensation or refund of paid nights.
